CMP Construction was founded as a family-run business in 2005 with a vision of creating construction projects with unmatched quality. The company began with a modest development on the University Endowment Lands.

Shortly afterwards CMP completed a larger, successful series of projects consisting of single family homes in Vancouver’s most prestigious neighborhoods including the West Side, West Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby.
